Today and Yesterday I ate;



2.5 liters of water
Green smoothie (banana/celery/dandelion)
Soaked black figs
Green leaf salad with carrot/tomato/celery/coconut oil dressing

(I exercised too; 30 minutes on the trampoline)

3 liters of water
Green smoothie (banana/bok choy)
Green smoothie (banana/dandelion/romaine lettuce)
Green leaf salad with avo/celery/tomato/sweet pepper

(I exercised too; 30 minutes of stair climbing
