Sunday~
1.5 liters of water
Beet-romaine lettuce juice
Deglet dates
Red leaf lettuce with chopped tomatoes, avocado, cucumbers
and a beet juice/fresh cilantro/tahini dressing 
= 1900 calories

Monday~
1.5 liters of water
Medjool dates
Red leaf lettuce with chopped tomato, avocado, cucumber
and a beet juice/fresh cilantro/tahini dressing
= 1960 calories
