Today, Yesterday and the Day Before I ate;


Thursday~
1.5 liters of water
Lots of fresh citrus juice
Fresh corn and spinach salad with a cilantro dressing

Friday~
2.5 liters of water
Fresh beet and spinach juice
Fresh cucumber and parsley juice
Fresh carrot and spinach juice
Diced tomato, cilantro and zucchini wrapped in soaked kelp
Guacamole with endive leaves (<--used like chips)

Saturday~
2 liters of water
Lots of prune juice
Mixed veggie salads from Bonobo's Restaurant
Large green salad with ginger-garlic dressing from Bonobo's Restaurant
