Day 31 of 108

Date mylk: blended dates & water
Red Bartlett pears  (-eaten plain)
Juicy Fig Salad: chopped D'anjou pears & shredded Butter lettuce, with a figgy dressing (ingredients; soaked calimyrna figs, water, Butter lettuce leaves, all blended together)
Cucumber, tomatoes & 1/4 avocado (-eaten plain)
