Day 29 & 30 of 108

Yesterday~
Blended soaked mango & fresh basil smoothie
Spicy papaya saucy noodles over salad: a big salad of red oak lettuce, red onion, cucumber, tomato, avocado, with papaya-basil dressing (-dressing ingredients; soaked papaya, lots of lime juice, lots of fresh basil, habanero pepper, red tomato, a little soaked mango, yellow bell pepper, -all blended together) & cucumber noodles on top made with a potato peeler

Today~
Date mylk: blended dates & water
Soaked medjool dates (-whole)
Spicy papaya saucy noodles over salad (-again)

Cool! Love your menus. I have been experiencing with cucumber noodles and fat-free dressings your style. Makes me feel really good. Latest discovery: blended dates with a WHOLE orange, skin included.... these are tiny organic oranges with a very thin skin.... it gives an "explosive" flavour... you should try! Love.

No idea... spanish oranges?... these are wild orange trees that grow around here.Keep the good pace!

Maybe they are kumquats? Just a guess... Probably the closest equivalent we could find in the US.
