The last 5 days....


Wednesday~
Lots of oranges
Tomatoes & soft green leaf lettuce leaves (-eaten as is, bite by bite)
Romain leaves dipped in avo-herb sauce (-lemon juice, scallions, avo, tomato, tomatillo & fresh herbs)

Thursday~
Tangelos, oranges & grapefruits
Organic iceberg lettuce wraps w/ chopped fruit-veggies inside
Yogi tea
Tangelos, oranges & grapefruits (-again)

Friday~
Tangelos, oranges & grapefruits
Blended water medjool dates & bananas
Organic iceberg lettuce wraps w/ chopped fruit-veggies inside

Saturday~
Avocado, tomato & lettuce (-at 1am! I obviously didn't eat enough on Friday after a hard workout.)
Small green plums (-I don't know the name, maybe Reine-Claude or Green Gage. Who knows?)
Tangelos, oranges & grapefruits
Escarole salad w/ fresh herbs & veggie fruits

Sunday~
Tangelos, oranges & grapefruits
Blended coco water, plain water, medjool dates & bananas
Whole cucumbers & tomatoes
Soft leafy green lettuce with red pepper & tomato soup (-just blended bell pepper, lemon juice, basil & tomatoes. -you must try it!)
