Acorn squash w/raw honey & cinnamon
Carrot-garlic-coco-ginger-celery puree
Hummus w/ carrot & celery sticks
Saturday~
5 oz carrot-romain juice
5 ripe plantains
Banana-grape smoothie
Amasake smoothie
Mixed veggie salad w/beans & guacamole
I had really busy days, got home late & ate dinner on both days (-having dinner wasn't part of the plan). The good news is, I had a great workout on Friday morning & I danced for 4 hours today! (-I had an intense dance workshop to attend.) Hopefully I burned enough calories to cover any over-eating I did this weekend. :)
