Salad bar at LifeThyme (<--Totally went off the program and had a huge salad. It was yummy. It felt yummy for a while until about 2 hours later, then I started feeling the weight of it. The 'blahs' set in. It tasted really good though. I was even tempted to go 'all out' and blow-off the day by having a little coffee with soymilk in it. ..But I didn't.)
= ? total calories for the day (<--I'm not sure, but the tally was 1760 before the salad. The salad had a tahini type dressing, so I'm sure it was high calorie. Maybe the total is 2300 for the day.)
